Pastry Sous Chef required for this new fine dining restaurant opening next year in Central London

This very successful, multi award winning restaurant group is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the brigade of its new restaurant which is opening in January next year. You will be creating fine Modern French Cuisine to Michelin standard using only fresh seasonal ingredients. You would preferably have experience in a Michelin environment or at least a 2/3 AA Rosette environment.
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie including breads & ice-creams and you would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the Executive Chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. An excellent salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef
