Sous Chef required for this new fine dining restaurant opening in central London

This multi award winning restaurant group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the brigade of its new restaurant which is due to open next month. You will be creating fine modern British/French cuisine using only the freshest available seasonal produce. You must have experience within fine dining restaurants and managerial experience within a brigade would be advantageous.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Head Chef on all sections. You would be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. There would also be opportunities for progression due to future plans for further expansion of the group. An attractive salary of £25,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef.

Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
