Senior Sous Chef required for this Deluxe Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon.

This infamous, high profile, deluxe hotel, which is part of one of the leading hotel groups in the world; is seeking the talents of an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its successful team. You will be creating fine Modern Eclectic Cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients. You must have experience within a 4/5 star hotel, preferably as a Senior/Executive Sous Chef. You must also have good leadership skills and able to motivate your team.
You will be in charge of one of the many busy outlets in the hotel. You will be leading a brigade of 12 chefs and be reporting directly to the Executive Chef. There will also be many opportunities for career progression available as there is a healthy expansion plan for the company over the next 5 years Along with great incentives and bonuses, a salary of £25,000 net bonuses would be available to the right candidate. Flights, living expenses, insurance and visa applications would be taken care of by the employer.

Eligibility:
